Don’t starve your brain. It’s a good idea to try to eat a healthy meal every day and never eat too much. But there’s nothing wrong with having a little fun with your food. If the idea of a cookie or a bowl of cereal makes you giggle, then that’s a good idea.

Thats a good idea. I like that its not just a list of calories, but also a list of food items. If I can give you a list of what youve eaten, you can use it to figure out how much youve eaten. And if you can get that right a week before your next meal, youll have a great idea of what your caloric needs are.
