Most of us have a tendency to put things off. A lot of this stems from the fact that we tend to focus on what we don’t have rather than what we do have. Some of the reasons we procrastinate are because we don’t like the idea of not doing something, but also because it’s not a priority we can put off. This isn’t a bad thing. If you can’t do something, you should do it.

We are in fact trying to avoid the task of procrastinating. We have a tendency to try to change things, and we cant.
